Terms & Conditions
  1. Deposits:
    A deposit of 25% of the total cost of accommodation is required to secure the booking and should be returned with your completed booking form, the balance of the cost of the accommodation being required one calendar month prior to commencement of your holiday. If booking within 1 calendar month of your intended holiday the full amount is due immediately.
  2. Payment:
    Payments should be made by cheque and made payable to Nornour.
    Unfortunately we don’t accept credit cards, but if you prefer you can pay using Paypal: send payments to mjsenior26@hotmail.com
  3. Cancellations and Insurance:
    The Isles of Scilly are part of the UK, but you will be booking an off-shore holiday and it would be wise to consider taking holiday insurance for such contingencies as delayed departures because of fog or technical difficulties. Delay insurance is available on request from the transport operators. Alternatively you could make arrangements through your own insurance company. You are also advised to take out cancellation insurance. If at any time a booking is cancelled, any deposits paid will be non-refundable. If the full amount has been paid then 1/3 of the fee will be refunded, if it is not possible to re-let the room for that period. Holiday cancellation insurance is for this reason strongly recommended.
  4. In the unlikely event of the accommodation becoming unavailable for any reason for the period of the booking, our liability is limited to the refunding of any sums paid.
  5. Completion of the booking form implies acceptance of the above terms and conditions.

Tariff 2008:
As of 2008 we shall be open all year round with the exception of Christmas and New Year (20th Dec - 7th Jan).

The charge per person per night is £32.00.
The above price includes an extensive “self service” breakfast.

A traditional cooked English breakfast can be served at an optional additional cost of £5.00 per person per day.

A surcharge of 50% of the tariff will be charged for a single person booking either the twin or double room if the other room is not booked at the same time, however if you are two individuals booking both rooms this surcharge will not apply.

Please note that due to the nature of island life and the possibility of being unable to obtain supplies, we reserve the right to alter the service offered on our website and in our brochures, but please be assured that we will do our best to meet your requirements and make every effort to ensure you have an enjoyable stay at Nornour.
